He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Mining from the University of Jos.  He is an alumnus of the New York Institute of Finance, the IMD International Institute, Switzerland, and the Lagos Business School. A consummate professional committed to the growth of the Nigerian capital market alongside global financial markets.

He is an authorized dealing clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbroker and a former member of the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Stockbroker.

He has served on the Federal Ministry of Finance review Committee to review the Investment and Securities Act (ISA as Vice-Chairman, Technical Sub-committee of Committee on. A former Board member of Transnational Corporation of Nigeria. He currently sits on the Boards of the following Companies: North-South Petroleum Limited, Lexcap Partners Limited, Schatz Resources Limited

Busayo, a graduate of Electronic and Electrical Engineering with a Masters in Information Technology from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho Oyo State.

With more than eleven years experience in various programming languages and database applications. He has been involved in the development of BVN Platforms (Bank Verification Number), Mobile Applications, mHealth Systems, PvTB Application, CViSApp. He has operational, functional and problem solving skills with deep knowledge in business and system analysis. He has also led several projects in varied IT space.
